Awards and accolades
Since 1995 Churchtown Farm has been winning major awards for every aspect of our business, from the quality of our flowers to our customer care and business strategy. We are always looking at ways to improve our service to you and the awards we have received reflect this.
2011
The Independent Newspaper ran yet another article (we also made the top 5 in 2008) voting us in the top 50 florists in the country.
2009
Nominated for ‘Grower of the Year’.
The Independent Newspaper ran an article voting us the 5th out of the top 50 florists in the country. Putting us well ahead of John Lewis, M&S and Interflora and putting us TOP of the 'budget' florists.
Voted top by BBC Wildlife Magazine in a consumer test of ethically produced cut flowers. We scored 9.5/10 putting us a clear 2 points in the lead.
2007
Farming Family of the Year 2007 – The award given by Farm business and Farm Life magazines and sponsored by Mole Valley Farmers and given to us at a prestigious ceremony of leading food and farming figures at the House of Commons.
2006
Cornwall Business Awards 2006 Customer Focus - Winners
National Business Award 2006 Customer Focus – One of four (and by far the smallest!) companies to reach the final in the Wales and West region.
ECMOD – Winner in the ‘gifts’ category. The annual ECMOD Awards recognise and applaud best practice, outstanding achievements and strong performance delivered by mail order and internet shopping companies. Jennie Bond presented the award to us at the National History Museum.
2005
The Federation of Small Businesses, Small Business Champions – Winners of the southern region (including London). This award for overall business success was awarded to us by Sir Steven Redgrave.
