Product Description
This is a great idea if you need a gift in a hurry. An attractive gift voucher letter is emailed to you so you can print it out or forward it to your friend. We send the email manually during office hours so please allow a few hours for it to arrive and please check your junk folders.
A gift voucher for 30 flowers is a lovely little gift that will entitle the recipient to have a beautiful gift box of 30 flowers sent to them when they choose.
You will be asked for a postal delivery address during the ordering process. We will overlook this and email the gift voucher to your email address that you provide at checkout.
The letter has a personal message from you and does not show the monetary value of the gift, there is just a code, so we know how many flowers to send. All the recipient has to do is contact us as directed to arrange delivery. Our vouchers have no expiry date so they can enjoy the flowers at any time they choose.
When the voucher is redeemed the flowers sent may differ from those shown, as different varieties flower at different times and flowers of the same or greater value may be sourced from other growers to ensure supply and quality. If you require specific details about which flowers will be sent when redeeming a voucher, please call or email our office team for more information.
Delivery Information
For both the email gift voucher and the subsequent flowers
The gift voucher will be emailed to your email address that you provide at checkout. The email will be sent within a few hours during office hours. Please keep an eye on your junk folder just in case. You can then forward the email to the recipient or print it out. We do it this way around to prevent the gift voucher from being lost in your friend's junk folder or simply being deleted.
How the flowers will be delivered
We post each day Monday-Thursday the flowers will arrive within 1-2 days of the chosen delivery date. Occasionally due to our remote location the post is delayed, usually due to weather.
All our flowers are guaranteed
If there is ever have a problem with our service let us know as soon as possible so we can put things right.
We don't send flowers on ...
...Fridays, weekends and bank holidays because we want your flowers to be as fresh as possible. This is why some days are blanked out on the calendar.
What happens if no one is home
All our boxes are clearly labelled, ‘Fresh flowers please leave’. The postman makes the final decision to leave them or not. In the vast majority of cases, flowers are left in a safe place. Don't forget all our flowers are guaranteed.
Deliveries in December
Royal Mail are very busy in the run up to Christmas and delivery can take slightly longer. Any December delivery dates are only approximate guidelines.
