We would love to hear what you think about our service whether you are the customer or the recipient and really appreciate feedback good or bad.
All of our flowers are fully guaranteed so please do contact us by phone or email if something has gone wrong so that we can put it right.

We aim to post any ratings or comments within two to four business days. However, we reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission.
For instance if your criticism is unjustified or inaccurate or if we feel you are being vexatious.

If you would like us to remove any replies to your comments, then please do let us know.
