Enjoy listening to our cows quietly graze
Our cows have been grazing using nofence collars since February. This clever tech uses the GPS signal to set a virtual fence line and then detect where the cows are. If they get close to the virtual fence they hear an increasingly loud warning note. If they carry on they receive a shock, like they would if they touched an electric fence. Grazing this way allows us to graze much larger areas and steeper slopes that couldn't be fenced. As you can see the cows are incredibly relaxed and unbothered by sharing their space with passers-by.
