Andrew - Partner

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- 1986
Came to St. Martin’s because- To take over a near derelict flower farm.
In my spare time- I like to sing, go cycling, walking and horse riding. I also like to fly gyrocopters.
Favourite flower- Grand Primo

Hilary - Partner

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- 1986
Came to St. Martin’s because- To take over a near derelict flower farm.
In my spare time- I like to sing, garden, take long walks and go horse riding. In the summer I also like to surf.
Favourite flower- Primrose

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- 1986
Came to St. Martin’s because- I love it! (and my family moved here!)
In my spare time- Spare time?!
Favourite flower- Scented narcissi- Soleil D’or (really!) An iconic classic- seasonal, scented, regional, beautiful and British.

Zoe - Partner

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- 2002
Came to St. Martin’s because- I married Ben and if I wanted to live with him I had to move to St. Martin’s- I do love it here as well!
In my spare time- Go to the beach, paddle around in my kayak and sometimes swimming but only if it is sunny.
Favourite flower- Scented pinks, Devon Pearl is my favourite variety, it’s just so pretty and smells lovely too.

Jackie  - Admin Manager

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- November 1993
Came to St. Martin’s because- After working a few seasons on St. Marys and at the hotel on St. Martin’s I started at Churchtown Farm. I married Terry who is St. Martin’s born and bred so there is no leaving now! I do think St. Martin’s is the best place in the world- in the summer and winter!
In my spare time- I enjoy reading, gardening and baking for staff birthdays!
Favourite flower- It varies with the season!

Neil - Shed Manager

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- November 2012
Came to St. Martin’s because- I came to work in the hotel in 2005 and loved island life. I met my wife here and have stayed since.
In my spare time- Tennis, running, cooking and socialising
Favourite flower- Gerbera

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- March 2008
Came to St. Martin’s because- My wife Steph and I applied for the job on a whim for a change of scenery!
In my spare time- Shoot, fish, drink, gardening, cricket and dog walking.
Favourite flower- One that is already picked….

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in- October 2006
Came to St. Martin’s because- After coming to St. Martins on holiday for many years I finally decided not to go home.
In my spare time- I like socialising, kayaking and days on the beach!

Came to St. Martin’s because – I wanted to explore new opportunities in an amazing place.

Came to St. Martin’s because - It's so lovely here and I wanted to save money.
In my spare time - I like sleeping, music and TV show binges

Charlie - Office & Shed

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in – May 2016
Came to St. Martin’s because – It was time for a new adventure. Having lived and worked in London for the past 10 years – and having previously fallen in love with Scilly – this was a great opportunity to learn a new way of life.
In my spare time – I am a chilli fiend so cooking hot Thai and Indian food. I like running, yoga, cryptic crosswords and I am also currently learning Danish!

Geoff - Office & Shed

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in – May 2016
Came to St. Martin’s because – After a decade living in London we fancied a change, a big one! Having visited the Isles of Scilly a few times and fallen in love with it Churchtown was a perfect fit!
In my spare time – I play the drums and read a lot of fantasy fiction, I’m hoping to use my time on St. Martin’s to do some writing. I also like beer and recently started making home brew…

Arrived at Churchtown Farm in - Returned in November 2016
Came to St. Martin’s because - I came to work in Polreath Tea Room for a summer season with my boyfriend and stayed for the Winter at the farm. We like living and working on St. Martin's so we decided to come back!
In my spare time - I love cooking and making new recipes. Also I like to walk around the island, watching movies and reading.

Came to St. Martin’s because - My girlfriend and I were looking for a different place to live and we came to work in Polreath Tea Room in the summer season and have worked at the farm before.
In my spare time - I like cooking, walking, watching football and sleeping.

Came to St. Martin’s because - I came on a traineeship with Scilly Organics in April and I liked it so much I stayed longer.
In my spare time - I like photography, walking, yoga and getting out on the water.

Came to St. Martin’s because- I wanted to experience a new lifestyle, meet new people and explore the islands.

In my spare time- Eat biscuits, sit on peoples’ feet, roll in puddles or anything that smells.
Favourite flower- Widdicombe pink, definitely the tastiest flower.
